I dropped a panel on a TPagePanel's TPage, dropped a TGrid in the panel and setup the layout.  When I run the app I get this error message:

"Persistent load error (Persistent load error (Persistent load error (Persistent load error (TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'tscrollbar_setstepsize')))) "

Hmm, seems like it may be an intermittent issue.  

I tried running the app several times and got the error each time.  I closed EWB3 and came back to it a couple of hours later.  Now that I've restarted EWB3 the error no longer appears.

This is now fixed for build 8.  The issue was that the compiler was not resetting the reference checks properly in-between compilations, and that would mess up the JS emitting because the JS emitting relies on the reference checks to determine whether to emit a declaration or not.

An easy way to reproduce this is to place a TLabel instance on a new form, run the project, place a TEdit instance on the same form, and then run the project again.
