When units or forms are closed after making modifications but the choice is made to not save before closing, the modifications are not properly cleared as long as the project is kept open in the IDE.

1) Any code changes will still be present if the file is reopened and the 'Modified' indicator will still be set.

2) Any property changes to a form are not retained if it is reopened but the 'Modified' indicator will still be set.
