I've uploaded a new Build 18 that fixes a couple of issues:

- There was a UTF-8 encoding issue with the application uploads that would cause a hang during the upload.  This would occur when using accented characters in string literals in the application source code.

- The application Icon File Name, Output Path, and Icon Font File Name settings for projects now permit the use of absolute or relative path names, as well as the file names for local external files included with projects.  There is a new "R" button next to the "..." file selection button in the various dialogs that allow you to change any absolute paths to relative paths (relative to the main project source path).

I will be uploading a new build that fixes the Caption loading and code editor tabbing problems tomorrow.
