Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com	Build 19 is now available on the web site in the EWB beta downloads area. It fixes two major issues: 1) The loading of empty string properties was not working properly, thus causing resets of Caption and Text properties for various controls. 2) The request handler designer .wbr files were missing for the sample server applications.
