Not directly, no.  You'll have to use the DBISAM Database Server that is
using the custom signature and a remote connection/session in order to do
so.  The reason for this is that the custom engine signature is an
engine-level property, and the datasets are defined up the session level.
IOW, changing it for one dataset would change it for all datasets, which is
not the desired situation in all cases.
