Thread Cursor movement when scrolling in the IDE

Hi Tim.

When scrolling the code via the vertical scroll bar in the IDE the cursor
moves with the line its on until it reaches the top or bottom of the code
window. It then stays there in the same column but seemingly on a different
line. This is weird because I often don't realize that the actual line has
scrolled off the screen and start typing which of course alters the actual
line and not the line I think the cursor is on.

The same problem occurs when using the horizontal scroll bar. It stays on
the same line but appears in a different column until typing is commenced.

Is this working as designed or a problem? I would prefer that the cursor
scroll off the screen and remain in its actual location.

I can't reproduce it but I've also sometimes seen the cursor jump into the
gutter on the left of the code window.

The July 3 build keeps the cursor in the correct location even if it's
scrolled off the screen.

Thanks.
