And, by "maneuvering", you mean just dragging and dropping units under the Project Manager's Units node ?

Yes, up, down, same one up and then up again, and down, etc.

I tried this for about 10 minutes with your project source that you sent me, and the worst I could do is get the unit names a bit "out of whack" in the .wbp source file.  And, by that, I mean that there was a blank line, and then a much too long of a line.  I'll be fixing that, but I couldn't get it to mess up the actual proper unit name order.

Hmm, okay. I just move the forms together, with some sort of order of
the units in between. Hard to repeat perhaps without knowing my mind.
Fortunately I'm settled on it, so if it is just me, move onto something
else.
