I'm using the example from Erick's book, and it is just fine, except that the editor is not occupying the full size of the hosting multi-line control. Instead, it is full width, but has a sizer to allow it to stretch down.

Anyone know how to make it "just fit" and take best advantage of the EWB sizing?
