As Raul points out, you should be very careful about doing this.  It isn't a good idea to save user names/passwords locally without using a secure cookie:

Is there any support for cookies in WebBuilder? Or is it just standard code? Could you point us in the right direction please?

I can't see anything in the THTMLFormControl or TServerRequest. I think they are automatic though, so probably "just there" but there is no mention of cookies in the help.
