Douglas Lyman	Just purchased a new laptop (Windows 10 Pro/IE 11). The IDE browser will not run my apps unless there is an active internet connection. I get the message"Navigation to the webpage was canceled." In the past there have been others who have reported experiencing this. Anyone know the specific settings in IE Explorer to get this to work?
