I'm trying to change the heading color and Font of the MessageDialog.

I found the Background color in the Normal Base element and I see a Font in the Normal Base element and it says Black. I know it is not black it always show in White.

Any one knows how to change the Font color on the borders blue color?

You need to modify the TDialogCaptionBar interface. It's the "Caption" element which you are looking for.
