For the most part, yes.  There are some slight changes to the language/projects to be more compatible with Delphi code, and the dataset handling has changed slightly in the process of making it work with both client and server applications.  From a client application UI perspective, there are 0 changes.

I will be publishing an exact list of the differences along with the beta.
