If I resize the browser so that the client area is shorter than the EWB app I get scrollbars in the browser as expected.  However, although I can scroll to the view the bottom of the app, I cannot scroll to get to the top.  Is this behaviour due to Position=DesktopCenter or a bug or a limitation of the browser environment?  DesktopCenterTop glues the app to the top of the client area and I can always scroll to get to the bottom.

It's the way the browser works when the application is bigger than the
desktop.  I'm probably going to add the ability to have the desktop
auto-resize based upon the max height/width of the forms, but for now you
should always make sure that your desktop is big enough to handle the
largest forms.
