can anyone give step by step guide how to covert photoalbum example to run with external server.
tried a few times but not having much luck, works well in the IDE

I went through this process shortly after v3 was released. Send me an email at 'biwise@telusplanet.net' if you like and I can send you my step-by-step working notes (as a PDF).

I'd share them more globally but they are not in a polished state. However, they can probably help you along.
