Rain	The created html-file has a noscript tag between the head and the body tag. This is not allowed / invalid. The noscript tag must be inside the body tag. This applies to the compressed output as well as to the uncompressed output.

The <noscript> element can be used in both <head> and <body>. When used inside <head>, the <noscript> element could only contain <link>, <style>, and <meta> elements.
