If you are ever mad enough to just copy an EWB project from one directory (folder)
to another, and then rename the project, then you will find that it fails to load
properly when you run it. All seems to work okay, but it fails for no reason.
Chrome seemed to be able to run an old version or something, but IE and the IDE
just showed nothing.

Finally, I got Chrome to explain it to me:

<body spellcheck="false" onload="oldproject_load()" onunload="oldproject_unload()">

The script is trying to load the main script, but it has the wrong name. The place
to fix it is the project file, the newproject.wbp file. The first line is "project
oldproject;" and fixing that made it all work. Nothing exceptional, but I'm posting
here so that when I do this next I have something to find.

Thank you for that, about this time of day I need a good laugh.

I wish I were joking! I hit some terrible bug last year, and I worked out what was
happening after an hour or two. I googled it, and found the StackOverflow question
and fix that I'd posted years before (literally!). I had completely forgotten that
I'd had the same problem before.

Did you use "Save As" in the EWB IDE, or just rename the files on disk ?

Smile No problem, I just wanted to make sure that this wasn't a bug.  In
fact, I think it *was* a bug early-on in development.

Brilliant!!!!!!!!

I think there should be an award for the post that make most people laugh or at least chuckle. Maybe an ElevateSoft baseball cap. Tim could put up a shortlist for us to vote on.

Proper jokes would not be allowed it would have to be a silly but "sensible" reply.

8-) Not sure the end result would be what we'd like from such encouragement.
Unintended consequences and all that.

What I want is a way to help Tim speed this all up - and perhaps hire more help.
