Are there plans, if it is possible/prcactical, to detect and set the
user's FormatSettings accordingly?

As we know, the defaults are US English and they can be changed.  But
if the browser settings cannot be detected we will either have to guess
the likely values or prompt the user to enter/select their preferences.
I think that's a bit ugly.  Frown

There are plans to do this, yes.  I have no idea when I will get to it,
though, so please don't ask.
