The case statement is case insensitive when checking for duplicate options.

case ch of
   'A': //
   'a' : //

error with:  Duplicate case option 'a'
#65 and #97 also error.

Experimented with Ord and that doesn't work in Case Options -- e.g. Ord('A') errors with Expected constant value.
