I'll mention the RemObjects SDK server, which is based on Indy, so does SSL "out of
the box". People have mentioned certificates, but the Indy thing is just two files
and a password to be supplied and that's all. As I've said elsewhere, the RO SDK
doesn't do the database bit "natively" with EWB, but uses a different interface
mechanism.

Lots of options though.

Chris,

Thanks for the feedback.  After EWB 2.0 is out, I'll be revisiting the
back-end support and doing some more in-depth examples with more
step-by-step information.  Originally, EWB didn't have any back-end support,
and the web server, etc. was added rather late in the process, so it really
didn't get the attention that it needed.  Further iterations of EWB 2.0 are
going to have the web server spitting out more dynamic information, so as to
allow for things such as querying which datasets are available, etc.
