Richard ENT Technologies | How would I go about generating a large report with EWB?
I'm thinking that larger reports would be best left with PHP on the server, rather than with Javascript and AJAX on the client. If that's the case, how would you display a printable multi-page report in an EWB application? My initial thought would be to generate a PDF file and then have a link in the EWB application to download or display it. This is what I would do in a normal web application, considering the difficulties in printing with Javascript. |
