Then I looked at the app at the elevate software website using my friend's laptop and if I set the angle of the laptop screen just right I can see the VERY slight difference in color of the selected row. So it appears the color used to indicate the selected row is so close to the color of an unselected row I can't see the difference on my monitor. I need to change this color to something like green or blue so I can see it for sure. Do you have any idea where I can change this? Looks like the default highlight is too light then for your screen. Today (meaning EWB 1.x) you need to edit the theme to change this - basically open an existing theme in EWB and then modify "Grid Text (Focused)" (and anything else like "Grid Text (Hot)" etc) to colours of your liking and then you have to register the theme in EWB options (main IDE options) as well as add it to your project. As a test i created a custom theme with some more colourful settings - Lime colour for for selection and SkyBlue for hot tracking. See if on this test grid appp you see the highlight : https://s3.amazonaws.com/ewbtester/gridtest/gridtester.html Raul |

I checked out your sample website and I can see these fine. I modified my theme but changing the "Grid Text (anything)" just changes the color of the text in my grid; it doesn't change the background color of the selected row like your's does. How can I change the background color of the selected row? Thanks for all of your help with this! TD |

The problem is at the screen resolution I am using you have to scroll part of the theme to even see the dropdown where you can change the background color. Without scrolling, all I was seeing was just the top of this area. Raul, you have been most gracious in helping me solve this simple issue! Thank you again! TD |
