Hi.

The project manager expand/collapse icons don't appear to activate correctly
when using the +/- in the tree view.

For example, click on the "Units" node in the treeview and notice that the
collapse icon activates correctly because the "Units" node is in the
expanded state. Collapse the "Units" node via its "-" button and the
collapse icon remains activated and the expand icon remains deactivated (the
collapse icon should deactivate and the expand icon should activate).

Clicking the active icon sets both to the correct state.

Tim, it appears that the May 3rd build fixed part of the expand/collapse
activation problems in the project manager but there is still an issue.

Click on the "Units" node in the project manager and the collapse icon
activates correctly. Click the collapse icon and the node collapses
correctly but the collapse icon remains active and the expand icon remains
inactive. Click the collapse icon again and the nothing happens with the
treeview but the collapse icon deactivates and the expand icon activates.

Still appears to be a sync issue with the icons.

I've now fixed this for the next build - I accidentally removed some update
code when I fixed the other problem.
