Per the blog entry on the front page of the web site:

Unfortunately, we experienced a fatal hard drive failure on one of our
server drives this afternoon. The drive that failed contains some our web
site images and other miscellaneous pieces, so please bear with us as we
resolve this issue over the next couple of weeks.

Some of the site data was lost also, but only since last night for most
data, and since Saturday evening for the support forum messages. We do a
full backup, including the very large tables for the support forum messages,
on Saturday evenings. If you have posted a message since around 11:30pm
Saturday evening (EST -5:00 GMT) and did not receive a response yet, please
re-post the message. If you registered as a new user on the web site since
11:30PM last night (August 31st), then please re-register with the same

My apologies for any inconveniences this may cause you. Hopefully we will
have everything back to normal shortly.
