I have used Tdbisamtable.create in many places so it would be good if the
problem can be address at the dbisam level. >>

I'm not convinced that there's any problem at all with DBISAM here.  If you
could send me the code that you're using that is causing the supposed memory
leak, then I can look further to see what the problem is.
