Jose Eduardo Helminsky HPro Informatica | Is there a link where I can check if a support issue was achieved ?
IOW, I have sent an email to Tim about problems with running DBISAM as a service (all my customers) but I do not know if this is achieved like a support issue. The problem is when I try to uninstall dbsrvr but the service is not installed. The command dbsrvr /uninstall executed a lot of times starts a lot of dbsrvr instances with the "extension" (Mirror) The same problem appears when I try to install it a lot of times. This is not a *BIG" problem because I only install and/or uninstall dbsrvr just once by site. It happens with 4.38 build 2 |

Incident ticket will be created and shown here: http://www.elevatesoft.com/incident?category=dbisam However it usually only gets updated with the new status after Tim releases a build and updates the cases. For now emailing support might be quickest to get an update Raul |
