I've been using ElasticForm (http://home.flash.net/~qsystems/) for years to "blow up" forms keeping all the components correctly placed with regard to each other and the fonts resized correctly.

I've now bought the TMS components and the two don't seem to like each other.

Can anyone recommend a replacement for ElasticForm?

If anyone's going to reply direct, can they place a copy here. I'd be
interested too if their's a better alternative to ElasticForm (which I
haven't been able to find todate).

TIA

Roy,

have a look at my post in the binaries. This one did the trick for me.

Thanks.

On first play it looks as though it works. I'll play some more tomorrow.

The missing bit for my apps is resizing of DBGrid columns -
I need to scale the fonts when enlarging the forms and that
requires the columns to be resized too.

Would be nice to find a D10 component I could afford for my
freeware stuff.

Just doing it myself at present - the hard way.  Surprised

ElasticForm handles most things (including DBGrids), wirks in D2006 and is $50. TMS components are the only things its let me down on so far.

The good news is it works with the TMS components. Its not as good as ElasticForm in terms of font resizing or component positioning but if I can't get ElasticForm to work i will be a good alternative.

I've decided to ignore GTSizer on the basis of they're not prepared to produce a D2006 trial.

Roy,

I am not the author of it. I think it is pretty straight forward and as
it is with source it is easy to enhance for whatever reason required.

Not only that, they are no longer offering trials at all. When I
questioned this they said it is because of piracy. You can only get a
compiled demo.  There are stll older trial version around but not
directlry from them.  That takes them off the radar for me.
