Hi

Has anyone out there bought the CaptionButton component from
Appcontrols/UtilMind?

I purchased it after trialling it and have hit a couple of problems -
one relating to Vista and one not.

The only contact I have had with the supplier was when my credit card
got charged ...

.... since then, silence.  Messages left on their website support area
and emails have been ignored despite the promise of a response in 24
hours.  Their readme file says

Good Luck indeed!  Anyone know anything about them and give me some
positive feedback?  I've invested heaps of work into using the
component throughout my application and it doesn't quite work all the
time.

Hmm, I own both their AppControls and DiskControls and haven't had any
problems with them.  I haven't had a reason to contact them in over a few
years but when I did email them, they replied within a day or two.  He even
created a component I requested.  I could still log into the customer's
area.
