Where is the DBISAM VCL-CS-SRC Version 4.27 Build 2? |

I received an email notice from elevatesoft on Tuesday, December 23, 2008
1:07 PM saying "New Build 2 Now Available for Version 4.27 of the DBISAM VCL Client-Server with Source Product". Is DBIsam 4.27 Build 2 available? In the DBIsam downloads there is a DBISAM-ADD Version 4.27 Build 2 but not a DBISAM-VCL-CS-SRC for it. The website only goes up to DBISAM VCL-CS-SRC Version 4.26 Build 3. Craig | |

Fernando Dias Team Elevate | Craig,
Do you have a current support plan for DBISAM? If you don't then you will not have access to the updates. -- Fernando Dias [Team Elevate] |

I have a current support plan for elevateDB, although I probably will never
use it. I thought that support plan would cover the more or less depreciated DBISAM product. Maybe I upgraded to elevateDB when that was not what I should have done? Should DBISAM be included in the coverage or not? Now I'm confused... Jon Lloyd Duerdoth | AFAIK they're 2 separate products.
I have the ElevateDB subscription but it doesn't cover DBISAM. JonD nospam@email.com wrote: > I have a current support plan for elevateDB, although I probably will never > use it. Roy Lambert NLH Associates Team Elevate | Jon's right - you can either buy them separately if you only want one product or as a combined package which is a bit cheaper.

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Craig,
<< I have a current support plan for elevateDB, although I probably will never use it. I thought that support plan would cover the more or less depreciated DBISAM product. >> No, you need to pay extra for the DBISAM support plan. There is, however, a significant discount for the DBISAM support plan if you already own ElevateDB also. If you contact Sam in sales (sales@elevatesoft.com), she can tell you exactly what you need and what the cost would be. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
