WPTools (www.wpcubed.com) and, if needed, Addict
(www.addictivesoftware.com).

and http://www.trichview.com to complete the circle Smile

{Disclaimer:} haven't used the HTML "filters", so I don't know if that would
be good enough for what you want. Beyond that I find it excellent Smile

Darren,

i looked at it, but found no information about form letters. Frown
Does ist have this feature, or have one to implement this via Delphi components?

From when I looked at TRichView a few years back HTML was supported via 3rd party stuff and not brilliant. I do seem to remember something about form letters, but unless you're doing something incredibly complex mailmerge is easy to implement. I "rolled my own" with a standard richedit component then moved to WPTools (which was both easier and more difficult in some ways) and have done it again with HTMLEdit.

I implemented one via code - its was very easy. Admittedly the templates I
had to build off were not terribly complicated (stock letters and forms
etc). A number of years ago I had to so something similar but more
complicated using Word (no other choice) and IMO Richview would have handled
it very easily. But as Roy said - the HTML support was not brilliant a
couple of years ago and I have not revisited it...
