Problem 1:
In BDS2006, running the Win32 personality, if I click on F1 (or SHIFT + F1 or even ALT +
F1), I get a small window with the results for the help search.  Clicking on it does
nothing except make that window close.

Solution 1:
FINALLY!!!!  Solved the b@stard  If you remove the ReportBuilder Teechart &
ReportBuider DBTeechart design time components - help returns as per normal.
Load order and 98 other things make no difference (including reinstalling BDS2006,
manually rebuilding the HXC with FARHTML and reghelp!!).


Problem 2:
I had three sets of every single component on the Standard, Win32 and Dialogs palette.

Solution:
Uninstall DreamComponents.


Wish I could send an Invoice to someone for finding this out.  But since I can't, thought
I'd post it here so that others with similarly horrible luck could benefit.
