We have all had V4 yes V4 for sometime now

Hey, as a beta tester, you signed the NDA, too! And that means that you are
not allowed to tell anything of value. Eg. that V4 is available since some
time

Beta tester me I would take 2 versions to figure it's not my
code but Tim's
NDA me never I wouldn't stop talking about it.

I assume you mean the new build ?  If so, then it should be available this
week.  I've just been trying to get some specific ElevateDB stuff done and
have been putting it off as much as possible.
