Actually, it's all Elevate Software and stock Delphi code/components, and
all of the components are included with the utility.  They're basically just
custom panel descendants s with the themed drawing for the task colors,
buttons, etc.

Unfortunately it would be vague, so I'm going to have to hold off for now.
I will definitely let you know as soon as I'm comfortable that it's ready to
go.
