Full-Text search on multiple columns |

Brent | Is there a way to do a full text search on all columns in the index without specifying
each column individually in the search? Right now I'm using: select * from names where textsearch('james' in last_name) or textsearch('james' in first_name); It seems more intuitive (at least to me) to use: select * from names where textsearch('james'); so it searches all columns in the full-text index.
