I would also like to know what it is/how to generate/benefits of a
Query Plan. I looked at the help but nothing comes up under Query
Plan.

In an app the property to set I believe is .GeneratePlan - its non visual. In DBSys there's a checkbox - Generate Plan

In the app you'll need to access the output of the plan after the query has executed using the strings property Plan
