No not directly - you'll have to upgrade the tables to V4 using either DBSys or (I think,
its a long time ago) the inbuilt tables upgrade facility. There is no facility provided to
downgrade a table from V4 to V3 (it can be done by exporting the data)

Whichever version of DBISAM works with D2009. It may seem like a sarcastic answer but its not. The utilities / features are in each version of DBISAM so you just need the one that works with D2009. My bet would be 4.27 ie the latest version since I'm not sure D2009 was out before that version.
