DBISAM is everything except for 'D' - durability, and that is only if the
machine goes down and the Windows file system becomes corrupted.

Thanks for the answer.  I think Durability can be highly improved by setting
FlushBuffers option to True.

Yes, absolutely.  However, there is a performance penalty for doing so, so
the durability and performance must be balanced against one another.
