I see that you released a new version of DBISAM (Version 4.48) a couple of weeks ago.

I was just wondering if this was included in t (I didn't see any mentions in the change notes), or whether it missed this one and will be in the next?

See release notes - think it has what you were asking about.

The following are the new features in 4.48:
There are new TDBISAMEngine RecordLockTrigger and RecordUnlockTrigger
events that are fired for every record lock or unlock operation. This is
 useful for tracking record locks or diagnosing locking issues.
