I have an application running in a network environment on different clients. (Dbisam 4.50)

If I use ANSI locale the norwegian characters dont sort correctly they sort in order ÅÆØ but the correct sort order is ÆØÅ.

If I use the Norwegian Locale the sort order is correct but then I get index corruptions because the locale collation is different on different windows versions. Is there a way to solve this?
If not, is it a way to determine what windows versions can run together without currupting the indexes? For example WIndows server 2012R2 and Windows 10 seems to have different locale collation in the Norwegian Locale and makes them not compatible.
