Thanks for the table.  Turns out that it is a rare bug in the params
handling for Boolean values.  The whole thing goes back to the switch from 1
to 255 for the actual ordinal Boolean value way back in Delphi 2 (or 3, I
can't remember when it changed).

A fix will be available tomorrow with the new build (which has been delayed
since last week).
