"Johnnie Norsworthy" | In v4, is there a SQL statement to backup a C/S database or do I have to use
TDBISAMDatabase.Backup()? For some reason I thought there was a SQL method to do the backup, but I do not find it in any of the documentation. Thanks, Johnnie |

The TDBISAMDatabase.Backup method is the way to go. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

The TDBISAMDatabase.Backup > method is the way to go. OK, that explains why I saw a TSQLStatementType, stBackup, "Indicates the SQL statement is a BACKUP DATABASE statement.", but no BACKUP DATABASE command. Thanks, Johnnie |
