I'm glad to hear that things went smoothly.  Our neighbor just had a burst
appendix and had to right a nasty infection because of it.

Actually I live in Brixton South London, but I was in Zimbabwe 2 weeks earlier and North West Pakistan before that ... in either place I would
probably have died as there is no health service at all ... so I was just very grateful to be home!
