EDB Manager: Create missing folders instead of complaining |

Kai | Upon entering a non-existing directory in "Edit session" -> "Local configuration" tab, EDB Manager currently responds with: "You must enter a valid configuration file folder" It would be helpful if it offered to create the folder in question instead (provided a valid folder name is provided and access rights are sufficient). |
