Just as a note (I'm not affiliated with Datanamic, but have been hapily
using their tools).

Datanamic has released their DeZign for Databased Version 5.

Version 5 includes support for Vista as well as adding native support for
ElevateDB.   Previous versions supported DBISAM 4.x.

With Elevate DB, it can generate the database (forward engineering), reverse
engineer with dative database connection, reverse engineer database with SQL
script and compare data model versions.   With DBISAM 4.x, it can generate
the database (forward engineering) and  reverse engineer with dative
database connection.
