I am trying to import a ISO date-time stamp into a DBISAM table date-time
field from a CSV file. The problem is that I cannot seem to get the time to
tell the difference between AM and PM.  PM times come in as AM.

I am using SMI import tools to import data from the CSV file from Scalibium
Software. These tools work awesome otherwise, and there support is also
great.

Does anyone have any other options?
