Iztok Lajovic (1) | Thank you all..
I think that in the end it was due to different versions. Even though I deinstalled and installed both server and manager, I obviously forgot to restart my computer. After trying with different versions I managed to get it working with restarting computer after deinstallation of old versions and after installation of new versions. Now it works!!! Sometimes even the simplest solutions work Iztok Lajovic |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Terry,
<< You have mixed versions of EDB hitting the database. Attributes were added in 2.04. So if you create a database using 2.03 and then attempt to access it with 2.04 or 2.05, it will show this message. You can also see this when attempting to connect to a 2.03 server engine with 2.04 or 2.05. >> This is 100% correct - issues like this are caused by the EDB Manager expecting certain pieces of catalog information to exist in the server engine due to new minor releases. However, I probably should, in the future, start checking the server engine version and conditionally disabling this functionality. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
