2.03 B21 From some builds before sometimes I'm getting an A/V error closing tables in some customers. I don't know why because I can't repeat it in my pc. Any idea? Thanks and regards. |

Almost impossible to say. Do you have MadExcept. If so add it in to the app. Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |

Thank's for your response. I can put a try-except and solve the problem but I asked because I think that is a database issue and may be occurs to another EDB user. Thanks and regards. |

>Thank's for your response. I can put a try-except and solve the problem but I asked because I think that is a database issue and may be occurs to another EDB user. It may be. When I've had something like that its generally been because I'm doing something I shouldn't. The other times its been down to an event being triggered after I've asked to close the app, the datamodule/tables have obviously been freed but and event on (say) a dbgrid fires. These days I set a global variable AppClosing and test for it in many of my events to make sure ot doesn't throw an AV. Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |
