Error #100 |
Tue, Oct 28 2008 1:41 PM | Permanent Link |
Francisco Fernandez | Hello.
I have my application working File Share in a net with several clients. Normaly it's working fine but sometime it gives me "Elevate Error #100 there is an error in the metadata for the table XXXXX (a write operation did not complete and a repair is required)". When i repair table it works fine again. In my application i have the AutoSessionName=False and a session name for all clients. Must i turn AutossesionName=True to correct this error or what can i do?. May all clients of the net work with the same session name?. I don't see clear this issue to configure fine in net. Regards |

I have this problem in the most customers that i have installed my application. No powering down, no net fail, only working normally append records to the same table in several clients. Regards. |

ElevateDB is thread safe, PROVIDED, you do it the right way. Each thread needs isolating by having its own session and set of database, table and query components. The only thing that should be shared either between threads or the main process is the engine itself. Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |
