"Harry de Boer" | Mikko,
After installing the trialversion of EDB there are subdirectories like help and examples; that's where they are. << Just get copy of ElevateDB and starting to learn it. In othet posts there's mentioned demo apps and pdf manual. But i can't find them from Elevate web site. Any help where to get them. >> Which version of EDB did you purchase or download ? The PDF manuals can be found in the \help subdirectory under the main installation directory. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Roy Lambert NLH Associates Team Elevate | Tim
I think I've suggested it before, and can't remember the answer. How about having the manuals as a separate download either totally or as well as. Roy Lambert |

<< I think I've suggested it before, and can't remember the answer. I'm going to be re-doing our web site and content management system soon, so I will address it then. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Dan Rootham | Roy,
<< How about having the manuals as a separate download ...>> I strongly support that idea, and I hope that Tim will be able to do it with the next revamp of the website as he hinted in his post. Cheers, Dan |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Rita,
<< Tim does Sam have an understanding of Pascal ? >> No. It would sure be a lot easier if she did, though. However, she keeps the whole office running and does the sales and accounting, so that's worth a lot more to me. << I was just wondering coz since Eryk left you must be under the cosh reading these groups and coding. >> It's not too bad. It relies on one principle - test, test, test. Bad quality = higher support times and costs, which cuts into the development time and delays new features. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
