Prompt to save edited sql statements in EDBManager |

Can we please have an option to turn off the prompt asking us if we want to save altered sql text. I very rarely want to save any of the bits of SQL I've been playing with in EDBManager and it gets annoying when you have a number of windows open. I say an option because I recognise that for many people the prompt will be a valuable tool. Roy Lambert |

Adam Brett Orixa Systems | Also, if a SQL window is empty but has had SQL there is a "do you want to save" message. This should definitely not occur.

Barry | Adam,
I mentioned that before and if memory serves me correctly, Tim said it was because you could still Undo the text that was deleted and save it if you wanted to. So the popup is a reminder you can still save what once was there. Barry |

... oh I see, that is a good reason, but I still think it is a bit heavy handed and would prefer to just have empty SQL statements discarded on exit. |
