I must say I never noticed that one. Generally I'm doing one-offs or testing in EDBManager and by the time I close down I've either saved it or cut'n'pasted into Delphi

I thought about that one and came to the conclusion that if somneone wanted to do that I couldn't think of the reason, but given the diversity of the human race I'm sure some will Smiley

I haven't managed to save an empty file yet but I think that would be a nice bit of insurance.

It only took a minute, so it's in there now. Smile

Just something very tiny and unimportant: if it were at all possible to
provide that window with a normal Close button (cross in upper right
corner), that'd be awesome too. I always lose at least one second,
figuring out where that close button is. Smile

The same replay as for the other one - I already asked for it. Obviously like yourself my mouse goes wandering off to the top right automatically only to have to be moved left Smiley

"Replay" is the correct word here. Smile

In any case, I'll just formulate my wishes in thought, so you can
travel back in time and pour them into a message. Smile

I keep on having this theory that I should amputate my fingers Smiley

Nope, that won't work. You have to type it then the electrons on my PC become under the influence of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, tunnel back in time and remote control me to duplicate your wishes.

That'll work. Tim'll work out the details.

Do you mean adding a cross to the tab for the sheet ?

Unless you've changed it I think he's talking about the Edit CLOB window which has a toolbar with a Close Window button but not the normal border icon system menu button
